Severin Kuhn
Ali and Rashid fled from Iran to Switzerland several years ago. Having been refused asylum, they stayed on illegally. Now they reside with six other refused asylum-seekes in a departure centre above the little montain village of Valzeina, where they are encouraged to leave voluntarily. They are without occupation, perspective, alternative option, or at the mercy of the immigration authorities. Not knowing what they are waiting for.

Born in 1983 in Aarau. 2005 Attends preparatory course at the HSLU (Hochschule Luzern, Design & Kunst). 2008 Receives BA from HSLU, video department. Since 2008 works as independent cameraman, director and compositor.
