The international selection for the 23rd Dok.Fest Documentary Film Festival in Munich (May 1-7) includes seven Swiss films. Among the 13 competition titles are SHAKE THE DEVIL OFF by Peter Entell, which has just won the Best Documentary Award at the 39th Nashville Film Festival, LA MERE by Antoine Cattin and Pavel Kostomarov and MEMORY BOOKS by German director Christa Graf. Three other documentaries are included in the international line-up: Matthias von Gunten’s MAX FRISCH, CITOYEN; Iwan Schumacher’s MARKUS RAETZ; and VOGLIAMO ANCHE LE ROSE by the Milan-based Swiss director Alina Marazzi.
